Description

• Equipment qualification is far more than just an administrative obligation. Equipment qualification for balances checks whether the balance is suitable for the intended process with the technology being used.
• Equipment qualification can be carried out with a paper-based system, but the amount of time and paperwork required to do this is not insignificant. This process is significantly easier and quicker using the KERN EQS software. With software support there is the option of entering master data e.g. about the balance or the user just once and then copying this to all relevant places in the program. Even better: Important master data about the balances such as, for example maximum load or readout, can be taken in full from existing KERN systems by the KERN EQS software.

• Signatures: These are entered and stored within the KERN EQS software and can then be printed out.

• Deviation list: Deviations or errors immediately go onto a task list, which can be worked through

Licensing

• License period: 2 years – you can purchase a license extension in combination with a KERN qualification training course.
• Scope of the software license: Can be installed on up to 4 computers (PCs, tablets) or just one (trained) person. Can be used on as many balances as required
